APRICOT Return Guide
At APRICOT, we want you to LOVE what you purchase from our site, and if you don’t, we offer free and easy returns for eligible products within a 30 day return period.
APRICOT is a marketplace made up of independent brand partners. When you place an order, each brand ships directly from their warehouse, storefront, or boutique to your door. Because of this, we must abide by the individual return policies outlined by our brands. We keep track so you don’t have to. Please email us at returns@myapricot.com to see if your item is eligible for return.
To get started with a return, please email us at returns@myapricot.com with a photo of the item and the reason for return.
Non-returnable items include:
- Items 30 days past the delivery date
- Items sold “As Is” or in “Open Box” condition
- Items that have been worn, washed, assembled, or otherwise fully unpackaged
- Items that do not include their attached original tag
- Items with damaged packaging (excludes damages from shipping) or items missing original packaging
- Services, experiences, or memberships
